Scope Shield uses email and password authentication. Passwords are never stored by us in plaintext — they are handled by our managed authentication provider, which stores a salted hash. You can sign out at any time from the Settings page.

The briefs and client messages you submit are saved to your private dashboard so you can revisit prior analyses. Each row is scoped to your account through row-level access rules in our database — other Scope Shield users cannot read your analyses.

You can delete any analysis from your dashboard at any time. Deletion is immediate and removes the row from our database.

When you run an analysis, your brief and client messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude models (Sonnet for Pro and Lifetime users, Haiku for Starter) to detect out-of-scope requests and draft a response. We do not use your content to train any model.

We rely on the following providers to run Scope Shield:

• Lovable — application hosting and managed backend (database, auth, edge functions).
• Anthropic — large language model inference for scope analysis.
• AppSumo — fulfillment of the Lifetime deal redemption codes.

We use first-party cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in Scope Shield, please email the team at security@scope-shield.com with steps to reproduce. We will respond as quickly as we can.

Scope Shield is responsible for application-level controls described above and for the secure configuration of our managed backend. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for the content of the briefs and messages you choose to submit.
